Onfire Logistics LLC operates a program for owner-operators with their own truck. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through this website, our conversations, and the onboarding process.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone, email, state, truck and trailer details, CDL experience, qualification answers, campaign source, consent records, and documents you choose to provide during the process.
How we use information
We use the information to review requirements, communicate about the application, coordinate calls and documents, evaluate compliance, prevent fraud, improve campaigns, and maintain operational and legal records.
Text messages
Service and marketing text-message consent are optional and stored separately. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not cancel your application.
Service providers
We may use providers for website hosting, CRM administration, communications, compliance checks, and campaign measurement. They may use information only to provide support services under our instructions.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand visits, interactions, campaign sources, and qualified applications. Meta may use advanced matching to attribute conversions using normalized, protected data. These tags load only after you accept optional cookies. You may decline them and continue using this website and submitting your application normally.
Retention and security
We keep information as reasonably necessary to process the application, meet obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Mobile information and consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
