What the 12% includes

We manage the operation. You drive.

The 12% service fee covers the team and daily work that help keep your truck moving.

Loads and prebooking

Your dispatcher offers loads and you decide. The next load is lined up before you are empty.

Your assigned team

Each truck gets a dispatcher and an assistant who know your operation.

Transparent rates

You receive the complete rate confirmation, without edits or cropping, including broker and contracted amount.

Weekly pay

You choose your closing day. At noon, delivered loads are included and loads still in transit roll to the next settlement.

24/7 support

On-duty support is available 365 days a year, after hours and on weekends, for load problems.

Safety, compliance, and ELD

We help with compliance, ELD guidance, and day-to-day operational support.

*The discount varies by station, location, price, and available program. Savings are not guaranteed.

Before you apply

How working with Onfire works

Can I choose my loads?

Yes. We operate in the Spot Market: your dispatcher shows you the load and its numbers, and you decide whether to accept it. There is no forced dispatch and no promise of dedicated lanes.

Can I go home?

Yes. There is no required minimum time on the road. Coordinate your return with your dispatcher so accepted loads are completed as agreed.

Do you offer local loads?

Onfire does not offer local loads in Florida, and outbound interstate rates may be low. Local work may be available in Texas, depending on the market, and usually earns less than interstate work.

Do I pay anything before starting?

Processing and a GPS/ELD device, if needed, are deducted from your first settlement. You pay the sign vendor you choose directly for your truck decals.

How it works

Three steps before you start.

1

Answer the questions

We check the basics before asking for your time or documents.

2

Talk about your operation

A recruiter reviews your truck, lanes, experience, and availability.

3

You decide

If it makes sense for both sides, we continue with documents and orientation.

More benefits

Taking care of the truck and doing the job right also count.

Programs for eligible owner-operators. All conditions are explained in writing.

Inspections and maintenance

Free preventive mechanical inspections and an oil and filter program based on eligibility.

Good safety earns rewards

Bonuses for positive DOT inspections and benefits for responsible performance.

Referrals and fee discounts
